Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship for Indian Student in the UK, 2016-2017

Indian students are being offered to undertake an award of Ms. Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship. The Indian Government instituted this at St Antony’s College, Oxford (UK). This opportunity is for Indian students who have specialized in Modern Indian Studies in the fields of History, Economics and Political Science.

Scholarship Award: it is for one year but can be extended for one more year depending on your performance. The fellowship carries an amount of £29,944.85 per annum

Course Level: for pursuing research programme at St Antony’s College

Study Subject: Those specialized in Modern Indian Studies. Subject include: History, Economics and Political Science.

Location: St. Antony’s College, Oxford (UK)

Eligibility:

  • 7.0 IELTS score, overall 600 or,
  • Overall 110 TOEFL or
  • Cambridge English 200 points atleast or,
  • GCSE or O-level grade B in English Language or,
  • 70% English European Baccalaureate
  • International Baccalaureate Standard Level, 5 points in English
  • Minimum 3 years teaching experience at Graduate Postgraduate level  after completing PHD
  • Aged between 30 and 40 years
  • Completion in tertiary Education in English Medium
  • A programme of study/research of their study (minimum 500 words)
  • Applicants from India only
  • Atleast 60% in Post Graduate and PHD degree in the subject field
